We want to assure you that we are fully committed to enhancing the quality of education and support we provide to our pupils. The inspection highlighted several areas where we need to improve, and we are already taking proactive steps to address these concerns. This is stated in the report.

The inspection also highlighted strengths of the school, particularly around pupils’ personal development and behaviour. I am so proud of how pupils conducted themselves during the inspection, as it can be a particularly disruptive period. Pupils articulated well their thoughts and feelings about what it is like to be a pupil at Aycliffe Drive, and we will continue to build on experiences for all pupils.
